Done...Damnit man, another torn callus. I haven't had one in a while so I guess it was due. I was going to do one more set, but couldn't. Oh well, overall everything went pretty good. Each set felt good, they weren't fast, but they went up smooth. I am more pleased at the fact that I can pull 700 for 3 singles on 3 hours of sleep. I did get video of my 1st and 3rd set and a picture of my hand, so i'll post that up as soon as I can.
Ace with the working deads sets despite the tear and lack of sleep.

Done...A pretty good day today. I plan on opening with 420 and it didn't feel to bad. It wasn't fast like I would've liked, but it went up smooth. I'll retake it again in 2 weeks when I do my openers and see how it goes then.

Added knee sleeves
1 min rest between sets
JSB band squats w/EFS average bands
2 sets for 30 seconds
1 set for 45 seconds
Done...Not a bad day. The weights weren't flying up but they felt pretty strong and my form was good. With the band squats, I just choke an average band to my new JSB and I use my DL stance and I do as many reps as I can for time. Once again, I had to train today instead of tomorrow because I have a dentist appointment early in the morning and I know for a fact that I won't feel like training later in the day. These are just some of the things that I have to deal with and do what I can and move on. Next week I should be back to normal and I will be squatting heavy and should be my last heavy session besides my opener.

Last few days training have been awesome buddy. Pullin 7s with no sleep is pretty damn impressive. Great job!
