95x10...OUCH!!! I did something to my shoulder and it hurt pretty bad

Done....Well, now I wish I didn't go and do the extra shoulder presses. It was pretty sore and hurt a little as the day went on. Today it's still a little sore but doesn't hurt as bad. I have some ice on it right now. DAMN, this sucks!!! Oh well, the show must go on. Hopefully i'll be fine on Tuesday to bench my opener.

Done...My opener felt pretty good. I was on 4 hours of sleep, so that makes it even better. My callus held up good, so no worries there. My shoulder feels better, but i'm still going to play it safe tomorrow when I bench. If I feel any pain then i'm going to stop.

Hey Hopp can't wait to see what u hit at meet! Try and stay healthy man. Give that shoulder some time to heal. If I learned anything from the injury it was the importance of the small things. Stretching and proper warmups! I would stay away from the over heads for awhile. Just do some stuff to get blood flow. Laterals and things with bands. Good luck bud

I had to train alone today, so I had to liftoff by myself, which went ok. Good news is, my pec and shoulder didn't hurt at all, so i'm very happy about that. My shoulder is pretty sore now, so i'll ice it up. Overall a great day today!

Added belt and knee sleeves
Done...I trained today instead of tomorrow because of plans the wife and I have. I did some mobility work last night and this morning before I squatted and I felt pretty good. I really need to work on this and keep it going. Time to stop being lazy!!! lol
My opener felt pretty good. The setup and walkout felt ok, I had the hooks set higher then I did last week and that threw me off a little. But it wasn't that bad.
