    Done...This is starting to get on my nerves. All of my working sets felt heavy. I'm not sure if it's a bodyweight issue or not. Part of me says yes and the other says no. I've been sitting around 245 for too long and that doesn't seem right. About this time after a meet, I should be about 250-252. I don't consider this to be a good start for a training cycle, but I don't want to give up on it either. I decided to stick with the plan that Tone wrote out for me on my bench and squat. But at the end I will be adding in some drop sets for the volume. 16 weeks is pretty far out, but I don't want to chance running my program since I haven't used it in about 10 years, lol.

    Done...I decided to change my mind at the last minute about what program i'm going to use. I've been wanting to do my program for a long time, so I said f'k it, let's do it. I had to pass on the last set because I thought I was going to die, lol. I haven't done this much volume in a long time and it showed. I might of set my numbers a little too high, so next week i'll lower the numbers down some. I'm not too worried about skipping the last set. I just hope I get the same results I did when I ran this program before.

    Thanks man, lol. It's a program I got from a football coach when I first started powerlifting. It's a 7 week program and it's sort of based around linear periodization. I did some minor changes to it, so we'll see how it goes.

    DONE...A pretty good day today. I just went outside and had some fun. I kept it simple and light. I'm still trying to play it safe with the shoulder presses. I don't want to give up on them, because I really need to keep them balanced. So i'm stopping at chin/nose level and then pressing. This keeps alot of stress of my shoulders. Week 1 down and 15 more to come!!!

    Done...That's all I had time for. Today didn't feel as good as I was hoping for. I couldn't get comfortable at all. I'm not sure if it's because I was wearing shorts and not my singlet like I normally do. I got my sets/reps that I needed so I'll try and fix it next time.

    Done...Today went pretty well and i'm happy with that. After watching Scott Yard's bench videos and watching him setup for his bench, I finally decided to give it a try. So now, I lay down, put my feet on then bench, set my shoulders, and that allows me to put my feet down behind me. So far I like it, and i'll keep doing it.

    For my drop set, I decided to do one set for reps since I was going to do some DB presses.

    I did take some video of my pulls from yesterday (first and last set) and my bench session from today.

    That is how I set up for my bench. I do it more for getting the feel of my weight up on my traps and shoulders. I lack flexibility in my hip flexors to really get my legs up underneath me.
