    Done...A much better squat session then last week. I did lower my max number down. But if the weights start to get easier, then i'll either bump my max up some, do extra reps (like I did today) or do an extra set. I'm still pretty far away from my best 10 rep max, but that was done with knee wraps and I would like to do it with knee sleeves.

    Thanks B!!! So far I like them a lot. I wish they were a little bit longer, but they fit nice and tight around my knee and keep my knees nice and warm. They are tighter then my rehbands so to me the Titan ones are better.

    Done...Not a bad day. I decided to do sets of 5 today instead of pulling a heavy single. I want to try and build my lockout by pulling off the blocks for reps of 3-5 instead of heavy singles. Next go around, i'll probably work up to the same weight or maybe add another 5-10lbs. I'll decided that the day of. I tore some skin in the middle of my hand, so I added straps to my last set of 500x10.

    Done...After talking with Tone, I decided to skip benching against bands for this cycle and keep doing the shoulder presses.

    Instead of benching against bands i'm going to focus on something new...Incline presses!!! Today was the first time i've gone over 3pps in years. I think my best is 315x5-6, I can't remember. Either way, I will be beating that before my meet, lol. I also threw in some paused benches to help with my starting power and also work on my form.

    As far as my shoulder is concerned, I decided to keep doing the presses, but with lower weight and more reps. Hopefully this will help make whatever is wrong with it stronger. I think I will rotate shoulder presses and incline presses on my accessory days but like I said, the weights will be light and the reps will be high. One more thing I need to start doing is shoulder mobility/warmups, I think this will benefit me in the long run. I will also keep doing the close grip 3brd presses for reps, maybe a 4brd as well.

    For this meet, I am really trying to figure out what works and what doesn't. I am tired of playing around, it's time to get serious and put up the numbes that I know I am capable of putting up. I always start something and then stop doing it after 2-3 weeks. But not this time! I have big goals for 2013, one is to be ranked in the top 10 raw and the other is to be ranked top 5 in single ply gear.

    Keeping the shoulder presses is a good deal, and better yet, the greater focus on inclines.

    Done...I am very pleased with how today went. I would of liked 10 on my last set, but my goal was to at least get 8.....goal accomplished!!! Next week i'll be deloading on the bench and deadlift, so hopefully i'll be able to push my squat again on my last working set. I did record my last set and i'll post it up as soon as I can.
