    I take it the stick in the foreground would have been used to beat you if you failed to get 8 reps? Kids are the best!

    Don't forget to lead with your chest. Your hips come out of the hole fast! How are your shoulders? Can you bring your grip in any?

    Yep, that was my son keeping an eye on me! Yeah, my back was rounding from being fatigued. I'm hoping that will help build my upper back strength, lol. My shoulder feels alittle better, but still not 100%. I actually tried a few sets with my old grip, but it didn't feel comfortable at all. It's like the flexibility wasn't there. So I moved it back to a wide grip.

    I've been getting some ART work done on my shoulder, groin, and calves. It helps. The left shoulder still hurts unless it is completely warmed up. Use some heavy bands for shoulder distraction and mobility work (mobility is the range of motion for a joint; flexibility is the elasticity/stretch of the muscle).
