    Wow, this session kicked my ass. I think whats slowing me down is my mobility. So i'll be trying to work on this from here on out. Also, the closer stance is still a little rough for me.

    But, my last squat cycle, at the end of week 2, I worked up to 485x10 and at the end of week 3, I finished with 515x8. So I believe the progress is there, since today on week 2, I finished with 510x8. Did I lose anyone? lol

    Next week, i'll be dropping the reps down on my last 4 sets and i'll be adding some more weight .

    Got all this done in just over an hour. My friend came over so it took a little longer. Today was just fun and something I enjoyed doing. It sucks because I won't be able to train like this every week, only every other. At least until my lil' girl is old enough to hang out in the garage with me. In the mean time, I hope it will help with recovery.

    For some reason my laptop won't connect to the internet, so I haven't been able to post the video. As soon as I get it going I'll get it posted.

    I have plans on making some equipment for my garage gym. As of right now, 3 things come to mind: sled, reverse hyper and GHR. Mainly to save MONEY and space. The reverse hyper will go in my rack and I'm turning my roman chair into a GHR. I'm going to buy a wheelbarrow and I'll be taking it apart and turning it into a sled...this idea I got from some guy on YouTube.

    Hey Brian. I haven't had internet access for a few months. I'm coming back to florida before the end of the week. I will be staying in Tampa. Maybe we can train together a few times sometime soon.

    Theres a definite improvement on squats. That should transfer a minimum of 2 extra reps at 485. Really great work. I like the higher rep close grip work too. Im adding some in myself. I always have good carryover when I do more of these. Cool ideas too on making your own equipment. Interested in seeing how the wheel barrel/sled turns out.

    Thanks alot B! With the close grip work, I'm stopping somewhere around a 2brd and then pressing. This is much easier on my shoulders. I'll also pause there on my last rep or two. I didn't get a chance to swing by Home Depot this weekend, so it'll have to wait until my next long weekend off. I'm thinking about making something else for a sled instead of the wheelbarrow. We'll see, that will definitely be the easiest to do.

    WOW, today was a mess. MY form was all over the place. This week will be my last week of T&G deadlifts. I need to get back in the groove, so next week on my last 3 sets (which are for 4 reps each) i'll reset each rep. I also bumped up my last set by 5lbs .

    I'm not sure if this is a PR or not, I don't think I've ever pulled this much for over 5 reps, so we'll say it's a PR by default.

    As you can see, I added in some lat work on this day. This is something I got away from doing and I need to get back on it. Since I stopped, I pretty much neglected my back and it showed.

    Thanks bro! Yeah I've been lacking bad, so we'll see how it works out. I just ordered a neutral grip attacthment from Rouge Fitness for my rack. That way I can add a variety to my pull-ups and hopefully it will feel better on my shoulder. Although, today's pull-ups felt pretty good. I'm also stopping one or two reps shy of failure, that way it doesn't put alot of strain on my shoulder.

    T&Gs ruin my form, too. I never injure myself on any single rep, it's always at some point through a touch n go set, lol.

    Also, 605 for reps is simply beastly strength, Brian. If I can one day lift that for a single rep, I will count myself a very strong man, lol.

    Thats all folks! After my 2nd set of paused benches with 315, I started feeling nauseous. Not sure if it was something I ate or the time under pressure. I was pissed that I had to miss the rest of my workout, but i'm over it now.

    I'm going to replace dead presses with paused presses. I feel that this will help me more then the dead presses.
