    Thanks a lot guys!!! I'm just going to have to fight for a 440 bench and 700 squat like I was fighting for my 700 deadlift. I'm trying something new and hopefully that's what I need. I put 100% of trust into Tone last time and I was breaking huge PR's. Now it's time to do it again.

    Me too, we talked about it for a little bit and I'm excited to start it. I have about 4 weeks to go before I try it, I'm going to test my max on the squat, bench, deadlift and floor press before I start, that way I have true numbers to train with.

    Done...Another quick session. Yesterday and today we had to train pretty fast because I had my baby outside with me. I knew she was getting close to her nap time, so I wanted to bust it out fast.

    Next week, I'm going to split my deadlift and squat session up because I'm going to have my baby with me next week also. Since that day takes a while, I don't want to keep her outside that long and her get tired. After this week, I should be back to normal.

    Done....There was a change of plans, so I'll be able to squat and deadlift tomorrow. Nothing much to say, overall a pretty good day today. I did try benching with my feet out more in front of me and as you can see on my first set, it wasn't as powerful. I also put my Spud Inc. DL belt on to bench and from the video, that set looked the strongest. So, I'll be working this belt in on my heavy sets to see how it goes.

    Can you stay tight taking a breath after having the bar handed to you?

    For me, I have to take a big breath, hold it, unrack it and start pressing. If I breath anytime during the lift, I'm pretty much done. I might exhale on the last rep of a set.

    Sets looks very, very controlled and pretty darned quick. Sure didn't look like 90%!

    Haha, I should actually try doing that. That's how I did it when I benched in a shirt. So I don't see why it won't work raw. Next week I'll give it as go.

    Done.....Not happy with today. Yesterday I woke up and my shoulder started to bother me really bad. It didn't hurt at all while benching, so that was a good thing. But not today. Getting under the bar was killer. Eventually it didn't hurt once I got some weight on the bar. Also while warming up, I decided to open my stance up because that's where I feel the strongest. Nope, just another bad idea. My groin started to hurt. I really need to get back to doing my rehab work. Needless to say, my working sets felt super heavy and the worst 600 has ever felt. I feel like I'm going backwards and that's not good. I know these days happen, so I'm hoping that next week goes better.
