Done...Today I tried out a pair of 36" KLA3000 wrist wraps, and they were too much wrap for me. Anybody with big wrists or like their wrists wrapped tight like a cast, these are for you. Right now I'm using 24" KLA2000, but I might try the 36" instead. A better day today for me and my partner. Throwing in some inclines for a change and some upright rows.

Dang, your floor press is strong. Do you feel you get much from your setup and leg drive for a regular bench?

Thanks Marcus! I think so, because when I floor press the bar is pretty much touching my belly, lol. So it's almost like I'm doing a full ROM with a flat back and no leg drive.

What do you mean by "too much wrap"? Was it actually uncomfortable, or just more wrap than you need to fully stabilize your wrist? I need to get some new wraps pretty bad but I'm not sure which size to go with.

I meant that the wrap was too strong. So when it was wrapped tight, it felt uncomfortable. It was killing my wrists and I could barely open my hand, lol. But, the length is fine. Awesome for lifters that prefer the cast like feeling.

I want to start doing them with my SSB for high reps. Should really hit your quads pretty good.

I might have to try something longer out. I've had the same pair of wraps for the past 5 years and they're starting to get warn out. Mine are probably only 18 inches or so, not really sure. 36" seems crazy.

I would try either a 24" or 36". I like the KLA2000 because I feel like you can control how tight you want the wrap.

    Deadlift-Speed

10 weeks out from USPA Florida State Summer Classic

    Speed pulls vs quad minis
    365/8x2

    DB rows
    80/3x12

    Barbell shrugs
    135x20
    225/3x15

    Decline sit-ups
    BW/3x15

Done....I got my home GHR from OBB last week. This thing is nice, lol. I messed around with it today, but I'll use it more on Thursday. I'm also going back to squatting and deadlifting in the same day starting next week. Lately, it's been taking forever for me to get warmed up and comfortable. At least when you deadlift after you squat, you're already warmed up and ready to go.
