    Done...Not a bad day. I brought my grip in and carried the bar higher to keep the stress off my pecs. It actually felt pretty good. I also did all my squats without a belt, but had to put it on for deadlifts because my back was pumped. Next week I'll bump the weights up and then I'll take a deload the next week.

    Take advantage of the 'reset' with your pec. I like using Donnie Thompson's band prehab/rehab/mobility stuff to get after my aches and pains. http://www.youtube.com/user/SuperDtv3000 <- subscribe if you haven't already.

    135x1....Nope, as soon as I unracked the bar I felt some pain in my upper pec/shoulder tie-in. So I racked it and grabbed some D-handles and attached 40lbs of chain to it and did 4 sets of 10.

    Pulldowns
    70x112
    120/3x10...Not sure about these either.

    Pushdowns
    70/2x15

    Blast strap push-ups
    BW/3x10


    Done...I decided to do some rep work and get some blood flowing in the area. I didn't feel any pain, so that's a good thing. Next week on bench day, I'll go by feel. I'll probably just stay at 225-275 range. I'm still not sure about my bench setup. I will say that this is the second time I injured my pec while giving myself a lift off.

    Donnie's videos are great, look into Kelly Starrett as well. His shoulder and thoracic spine mobility videos have helped me out quite a bit. The longer I train the more I realize just how important additional rehab such as massaging/foam rolling and mobility work really is.

    Same here, I've been training for close to 16 years (not powerlifting) and I feel like I need the rehab work more and more. Just to lazy to do it sometimes, lol.

    My pecs actually felt pretty good. I was super nervous, but I didn't feel any pain. So, yes that's a good sign, lol.

    Oh yeah! I'm benching with a small arch, but nothing like I was using. I do feel more comfortable, and like you said, the lower back can use a break, lol.

    Done...What an exhausting day, lol. I'm alittle nervous with my squats. I started shifting bad to my right side around the last two reps. I'm not sure if its because I'm squatting wider or without knee sleeves. It is the heaviest I've gone without sleeves in a long time. Right now my right upper quad/hip area is pretty sore because it was doing a lot of work, lol. As far as deadlifts, I couldn't be any happier!!!!

    Sometimes I surprise myself, lol. I honestly didn't think 6 reps would have went. I think 625x5 was my best prior to this.
