    Last deadlift looked as quick and technically sound as the first one. Great lifting and nice PR. Bodybuilding days are just plain fun. Think they're great for 'active' recovery nonsense too.

    Done...Today I trained at Debs Gym so I can use their monolift. I must say that I felt so uncomfortable. It's been a while since I've used one. I started using the monolift at 390 and my setup was too wide. So that caused some pain in my groin and hips. At the end I decided to walk out the 540. It felt pretty easy, I probably had 8 reps in me. The gym doesn't have chains so I just worked up with straight weight.

Next week I'll be pulling off a deficit for sets of 5. I'm 11 weeks out from the meet.

    It depends on a few things, but my squat and deadlift sessions can last up to 1.5-2 hours. My bench days are probably 1.5 hours long. My upper accessory day I'll bang it out in under an hour. I've tried the less is more, but feel like I'm not getting anything done. As I get older, I need to rethink a few things.

    Finished off with some tri-plane squats and some stretching.

    Done...Last week when I used the monolift, I set my feet too wide and it killed my groin and hips. So, no more raw wide stance for me. My percent for today was 92.5 but I lowered it to 90% instead since I changed my stance. I'm so use to walking my weight out, I totally forgot to use the monolift today.

    That could be it. I do know that I'm use to using the monolift with such a wide stance. It feels awkward setting up with my feet so close. I'll try it a few more times before the meet and I'll decide.
