    Nice work Hopper. I don't do much out of Mono-lift. Because of that, I never feel 'comfortable' with my setup. I usually just go back to walking it out. I am, essentially, lazy.

    One set with 80lbs for 20 reps

    Neutral grip pull-ups

    Done...A pretty decent session. Not sure what happened with my count. But I got 3 and 4 mixed up, lol. Oh well, not a big deal. Next week I'll be working up to 670 and I'll aim for a triple, then maybe pull 705 or 710 for a single.

    That's a lot of reps with 570 from a deficit.

    Squat vs average bands
    Worked up to 355 bar weight+bands for 8 triples

    Leg press (single leg):
    1ppsx10
    1.5pps/2x10

    Abductor/Adductor machine:
    3x20 each side

    Done...My hips feel so much better since I brought my stance back in. I'm gonna have to keep this up if I want them to be healthy. I've also been working on more mobility work and I can feel a difference. My numbers might be alittle down since my stance changed, but I'm not worried about it.
