    I notice a pretty big difference when I'm not a lazy ass and do mobility work as well.

    Done...Wow, I felt like crap going into this session. But, once I pulled the first rep with 670, I decided to fight it mentally and pull a triple. I'm pretty sure a forth one would have gone up, but I was happy with 3. Next week, I'm deloading my deadlift and the I'll pick it back up.

    Done...I woke up early to train today. I was at the gym about 5:30am which sucks. But, it was for good reason. This is my last long weekend off with the kids home before they go back to school. So we're planning on taking them to a few theme parks. Yesterday, we went to Aquatica in Orlando, which is owned by Sea World. Today, we are thinking about Busch Gardens and tomorrow Sea World. Hopefully the weather will be nice.

    As far as training went, everything felt pretty good. I'm really trying to improve my OHP. As I get closer to the meet, I'll probably go a little lighter. But I'll keep doing them. The DB presses felt weird, and I'm not sure why, so I decided not to push it. My hands were still hurting from yesterday's pulls and I didn't have straps with me, so the Pullups and shrugs were hard on my hands, lol. I don't do the Tate presses enough to know where to start, so I always start too light. Oh well, next time I'll know.

    For quite awhile I did 5:00 am workouts. Once I got into a routine, it was a great way to start the day. Enjoy the family time!

    I've done them before and even on heavy days. It's not too bad, but I prefer anywhere from 9-12:00pm.

    Yes, my best competition pull is 722@242 which was at RUM6. A couple weeks after that I pulled 730 in the gym.

    I love the OHP work. Ive been teying to incorporate it again, but my right shoulder wont have it. Rehab work is in order for sure.
