Done...Sorry, but no video today...and I am pissed about it. A day like this needs to be recorded, lol. All I can say is, I am very pleased with my performance today. I set a goal of 2 reps, and I got 3. What more can I ask for?

The 4" block pulls were a little hard. That height is a tough for me to pull from. I wanted 3 reps, but I got 2, (still a PR). I did stop at 2 and I took a step back to reset myself, but I couldn't even break the bar off the blocks, lol.
