Do you think some training with briefs until your hips feel better would be beneficial?
It actually feels a lot better. The past two squat sessions were pain free. I think I'm just nervous to squat really wide right now. But we'll see how I feel in a couple weeks. I don't think briefs would be a good idea since I'm going to be getting ready for a meet soon.
