Done....Pretty good session today. I decided to give inclines a try again and take a break from the OHP. I'll probably just rotate them every other week. I can feel a weakness in my pecs and I'm hoping these will strengthen them. I'm also going to hit some lockout work, like pin presses and more close grips. I'll probably rotate these as well. Since I moved my grip in, I'll be using more triceps so I really need to hit them hard. Thanks to Tim Gale for throwing me the idea of pin presses!
