    Done...I tried to do most of my work without straps today. I was able to do that up to my last two sets of rows, lol. As you can see, I lowered the weight on those sets as well. The reason I lowered the weight is because I want to do them correctly. Meaning, more of a flat back bodybuilding style. Barbell rows are meant to build your upper back which is what I need to work on. But I never feel them in my upper back because the way my body was angled. So i'll drop the weight and do them this way for awhile and see what happens.

    You're also going to see that i'm going to have two assistance days. My Thursdays are pretty much going to look like this. My other session is going to some OHP's, side raises, rear delts, etc., we'll see how this works out.

    Try barbell rows lying on a flat bench with the bar underneath. Then rowing the bar up to the bottom of the bench. You have to use smaller plates like 25s to have good range of motion though unless you have a really tall bench to use. But I've done in the 400s easy for barbell rows and mid-high 200s is not easy with those. It is pretty much exclusively upper back though.

    I think my bench is too small, but I'll try. I'll probably keep doing what I'm doing and slowly add weight. If I can find the space, I'm going to buy a CSR machine.

    Thanks B! The paused squats are pretty hard, especially doing them after deadlifts. I'm using the cambered bar to take pressure off my elbows and shoulders. So far they feel pretty good. I'm also using a high bar position.

    Hey Brian, do you know does Deb still have that blue cambered bar at her gym? I don't remember whose bar that was. I really want to use one soon, but would prefer that model. I would definitely drive over there.

    No, that was John's bar. He took it with him when he left, alone with the SSB, Texas squat and bench bar, fat bar, chains and his 100's. Not sure what else he owned, lol.
