    Thanks Mark, I'm really trying to focus on my shoulder strength. My goal in a few weeks is a 300-315 seated shoulder press. After that, I'm going to drop the weight a little and just work on reps to keep them healthy for RUM7.

    Looks like some good accessory/conditioning work Hopper.

    Kettlebell swings scare me... I lost my grip on one and it went flying across the gym. Sometimes my hands just stop gripping. Been an issue for about 15 years. One second I'm holding a cup or glass and the next its falling to the ground. At least I didn't hit anyone or break a mirror.

    Thanks Tim! Damn, that's pretty scary. I can't remember if it was Donnie Thompson or Marc "Spud" Bartley, but I heard one of them used to do KB swings with dish soap on their hands to help strengthen their grip. How true that is, I'm not sure, but that's pretty crazy.
