    Squat:
    Worked up to 580 for 4 sets of 3 and 1 set of 5 with belt and sleeves

    Deadlift off 2" deficit:
    Worked up to 675x1 for a 45lb PR!!!!

    GHR:
    BW/3x8...these were very hard today, lol

    Barbell shrugs:
    315x8
    365x8
    405x8
    455/2x8

    Situps on GHR:
    BW/3x12

    Done...Today was a pretty rough session even though I pulled a huge deficit PR. All week I was averaging 3 hours of sleep and today I slept for maybe 3 hours. So my drive on the squats wasn't all there. I wanted 6 reps with 580, but I started to round and my lower back was getting sore so I stopped at 5. It's been a at least two years since I tested my deficit pull and today was a huge success. I did 655 before and my goal was 675 and I nailed it, so I'm happy.

    I think the 675 looked easier than 655 deficit pull. You always make deadlift look so easy.

    You should pay one of your buddies in beer to come over on bench days just to spot you during the heavy sets. Even with a rack set-up like yours there's no way I could bench normally; once the weight starts getting over 400 unracking by myself is a huge pain in the ass and throws my form off quite a bit.

    Haha, that's not a bad idea. I'm actually thinking about going to the gym I trained at before to get my bench work in. We'll see, after my deload next week I'm going to start a 5 week cycle of floor presses.

    I'll ask him next time I talk to him. I believe he trains events on Saturdays. Either at Debs or in Davenport.

    Squat:
    Worked up to 445 for 5 singles. First 2 without a belt and last 3 with.

    Deadlift:
    Worked up to 475 for 5 singles. First 2 without a belt and last 3 with.

    Decline sit-ups:
    BW/3x15

    Done...This week is a deload and I feel like I needed it, lol. I'm also using it as form work, because you can never do too much of that. Next week I start a five week cycle of paused squats and paused deadlifts. Two things I never really focused on and something Brian Carroll thinks will help me after seeing me at RUM.

    Worked up to 295 for 5 paused singles.

    DB bench press:
    70/3x20

    Floor presses:
    225/3x10

    Band flyes w/EFS monster and micro minis:
    Bands/100 reps total

    Done...Not a bad deload. Got some good work in and blood flowing. Next week I start a 5 week cycle of floor presses, so today I worked on getting my saftey straps setup properly since I'll probably be alone. I'm really looking forward to this offseason training since it's completely different from what I usually do.
