    545x1....felt a pop on my side, so I stopped here.

    Done...Well, the day started off great. I hit a beltless paused squat PR, which felt pretty good. Probably had 610 in me. I went into deadlifts feeling good and everything up to 545 felt strong. As I was pausing the weight at knee level, I felt a pop, and of course I finished the lift, lol. Put it down and left the gym. Not sure what it is, but it doesn't hurt when I touch it. But I do notice in certain positions, some tightness. We'll see how it feels in a few days.

    Done...It was alittle painful to bench, but I got through it. I stopped at 415 because I didn't want to push it since I'm by myself. I was probably good for 425-435, I was just uncomfortable. No biggie, it's offseason and I'm going to take the rest of the week off and let this heal up. I'll give it a go next week since it's a deload, but I might throw my belt on .

    I have had similar "pop"s in my ribs/lat area a couple times. No idea what causes it but usually goes away in a week or two.

    Crazy squatting as usual.

    How do you like the paused deadlift? I've been thinking about giving them a try.

    I liked them until this happened, lol. I definitely see it's purpose and I'll probably go back to them another time. Give them a try, I was only doing 2 second pauses.
