    Muscle relaxer?

I tweaked my neck the other day and it is still nice and stiff. Is there anything I can take OTC that will act as a muscle relaxer? I am doing the usual moist heat, advil, gentle massage, etc but the advil doesn't seem to do much for the stiffness and whatnot.

Some anecdotal reports suggest Valerian Root is effective for that purpose. I have no personal experience.
    I know you're half-crazy, but I wish you'd go all the way.
