I've been using a Westside model for my basic program this summer/fall but have been focusing more on the powerlifts.

Wondering for those who want to improve their CF lifts--Over head press, jerk, increased reps in tough bodyweight movements--muscleups, C2Bar chins...have used the ME and DE methods with some of those lifts? I've run a DE cycle with the Overhead press using bands and then one with chains. But probably haven't done a dedicated run to really see my overhead press change much.
