    Delphi i am calling it a shrug cage or shrug bar

    its a metal bar with bars coming out of each end so you can rack wieghts on it

    I ahve had a few people here tell me it looks like a machine but its just a few peices of metal stuck together

    ohh and the big rubber peices arnt part of it those are 90 lb plates (thats for elpeitro )

    BeerCan i supplement with udo brand ugly pills its the same ones your momma told me she took while pregnant with you!

    Oh and dont worry if you could reach the grips im sure you could lift this much aswell

    Hey bam bam, nice lift man. I have a question for you, have you ever tried seated shrugs? Where I workout out they have a place where you can do seated shrugs or standing. I'm a little smaller than you (160lbs.) but I was doing 450lb standing shrugs last night.
    Where do you live in Ok.? I live in Weatherford.
    Squat - 505
    Bench - 325
    Deadlift - 550
    Total - 1380@175

    Just a thought, but wouldn't seated shrugs not be a good idea because you are putting so much pressure on your "sit bones" and your spine?

    Yeah, I think that would be true, Nate. I just wondered because most of the guys at the gym do them seated not standing, like I do them.
