The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Muscle questions????????

Out of all the human muscles that we workout..which ones would you say respond the best and grow better with the least amount of training( sets and reps) and also which groups require the most recovery time??? Thanks!!!!!!!!!

Well I think it all depends on what genetics you have. Some parts grow faster on some people & vica versa.

Legs seem to grow quick on pretty much everyone though I would say.

In my opinion, the smaller muscles would require the most recovery time where as the bigger ones would requires less. Not an expert though, so I could be wrong. LOL, someone else help me out here.

I've heard abs, traps, and the 3 groups in your calfs all recover much quicker than all the other groups. Just what I've heard though

I can watch my traps change shape weekly. I'd bet some money that lats grow close to the same pace, but they are spread over a much larger area, that you don't get to see very often. Both require a lot of weight however to get them moving.

I try and stay in the 4-6 range, so I had to add some deadlifts to get the rest of my back ready for all that weight.

Triceps probably grow the most, with the least training. They are a far distant third for me.
