    If you do try squatting, just keep it light and do high volume. Really focus on form. Maybe even try paused squats. Front squats would take more of the load off your hams as well.

    I've been doing some high volume, real light weight assistance work for my elbows lately, and I feel it's made a huge difference. As long as you are not overly stressing a muscle group, I feel like more work throughout the week can aid with recovery in a lot of instances.

    HAHA thanks bro. Benching tonight but not sure of the plan because its only 2-3 of us training who arent doing the st. pattys day show on Sunday. I decided not to compete because the next time i do it will be for 2000 lbs geared. Id like to take a shot at 405 raw flat tonight, but we will see what happens.

    Thanks guys. Helping at the meet was cool sometimes its nice to just sit back and help out your training partners. Judged for a little too.
