    Hammer Curls

    20s x 10
    30s x 10
    40s x 10

Later on that night (3 am) i caught that damn stomach flu. Only threw up one, but had the runs all day yesterday and developed a 101 fever last night. Did gatorade all day and slept well so i feel much better today. However i'm going to skip the gym because theres no sense in pushing myself. Ill be back in the gym Sunday.

Got that katana in as well and it slides right up my arms but thats nothing new lol. The chest is really tight so it should work good.

Don't know how it'll be for you, but we always needed Katana sleeves to be tight enough that you could twist the sleeves to increase support as attempts went up.

Yeah ive used a double ply rage x for years. Ive also tried the ace, king, phenom, and the jack haha.

I will report on how the shirt works Sunday but the sleeves could be tighter. If all goes well ill have them taken in.

    4/7/13 Bench

    CGBP (thumb from smooth)

    bar x 20
    135 x 5
    185 x 3
    225 x 3
    275 x 3
    315 x 3
    350 x 3 PR

5 lb pr from last week

    3 Board (pinky on ring)

    405 x 3

1 rep up from last week

    Reverse Blues (pinky on ring)

    475 x 3
    500 x 2

1 rep up from last week

add katana size 52, arms are REALLY loose, fits ok in the chest...

    495 x 3 - 3 board
    495 x 3 - 2 board (this went better, jacked it down a lot)
    495 x 2 - 1 board, half board, missed the touched rep

Overall i'm pleased with todays work considering the stomach flu and some weight loss. The shirt could be a size smaller for sure. I'm having the arms taken in a half inch. Hopefully that helps. I agree if you miss the groove like i did on the touch your screwed in this shirt.

    135 x 25

Thanks guys. Pressing is coming along really well. The next meet is 2000 or bust. The bottom line bench is 500 which will probably be an opener. I would be happy with matching my old PR of 550 but @ 242 instead of 260. If i knew how to use/find a shirt i can see 600 because ive handled 630-640 off the 2 board and other heavier weights when i was weaker raw. But as we all know the extra bodyweight helps.
