    I love all those brutal exercises myself sir. Basically my doctor told me if i didn't have so much muscle holding the spine into place we would be having a different conversation. He doesn't want me to stop lifting at all, but i need to correct the problem.

    Workout took a long time tonight with a lot of max effort geared squats so i decided on another compound move instead of 3 assistance exercises. I don't have any squat gear right now so its a debate between my partners and i on what i should do at this next meet. I cannot afford a canvas suit right now but a few of the guys think i can hit 2000 in just briefs. Honestly, i'm not too confident in that. We will see.
