    The guys are still deloading up to the show because of the circa max so everyone did their own thing. These workouts are typically a waste for myself and I was still extremely fried from the previous days benching.

    Didn't work out Wednesday due to some stomach pain the night before. Thought it was a hernia but it turned out to be constipation lol. Friday just worked up to 50% raw (425) and very little assistance. The meet is in a week and all I have on my mind is a 600+ bench. I'll worry about squatting and deadlifting after that.

    Bombed out at our SPF meet on 3/23. Too many board presses and not enough touching. I technically pressed 565 but my ass was sky high and missed 605 twice. On to a new training cycle.
