    sully - race you to 500! but i probably wont do those for a while
    drew - we wanted to leave some in the tank, no need to make 2 workouts a week max effort. been there done that, never worked well for me. going to cycle 3-4-5 board in a 3 week wave so id like to be close to 500 for a triple on the 5 board.

    I dunno how anybody pulls double overhand, unless you have massive hands. I can hold onto 700+ pretty easy with just chalk and mixed grip, prolly can't hold anything over 500 with double over hand.
