concert was good. it was death cab for cutie. i'm not a huge alternative fan but they certainly have talent. diet is going well. few slip ups but once i go low carb for a few days the weight comes right off. currently at 238 and plan on continuing down as long as my strength holds.

    Super strong GMs, Rob.

Very impressed with that gym. Has damn near everything by the sounds of it.

Thanks Luna... Yeah guys, andy is the real deal. Awesome guy, training partner, and lifter. Hopefully training there will give me an 800lb squat and 700lb pull.

    5/11/12 DE Squat

Box Squat w/ Chain (200 lb, 65 lb bar)
    bar x 10
    bar + 200 x 5
    155 + 200 x 3
    245 + 200 x 2
    335 + 200 x 1

    add suit bottoms only

    425 + 200 x 1
    475 + 200 x 6 x 2
    515 + 200 x 1 x 1

Speed was good, but i felt very out of alignment the whole workout. 515 wasnt really "speed" because i felt like i was only using the left side of my body. I need a set of real briefs as these metal bottoms SUCK.

    Reverse Hyper
    400 x 10 x 3

    Pulldown Abs
    120 x 15 x 3

Ill post a video of the last squat soon

    5/13/12 ME Bench (deload)

    Bench (pinkies on the ring)
    bar x 10
    135 x 3
    185 x 3
    225 x 3
    275 x 3
    315 x 1
    335 x 3

    add reverse average band

    405 x 3
    245 x 10 x 3

    Wide Pulldowns
    125 x 15 x 4

    Light Shoulders

    BW - 235.2

Nice box squats. I usually use a 12" box, so I know just how low that shit is.
