    You know, I was going to say the training squat was too high. There is no sense in that as you build a high groove and then run the risk of what happened. Some people can do it and have no problems, but most will have a hard time getting away with it. Try to hit depth with your training squats and the meet will not be an issue.

    I know the squat was high...but to get any lower i would of had to round over. My briefs were too tight so i bought loose predators. Those metals don't work well for me because of my built. My ass is huge so the legs always stay too low causing the brief/suit to pull me forward making depth a real issue. Believe me, i did my best to hit depth in the show. I didn't want to spend 400+ dollars on a meet to bomb out.

    that was the ugliest most nasty horrifying rep of my powerlifting career. i rounded over so hard that the bar was literally on the back of my head and i twisted my way up to lockout. i had a stye on my eye and it basically exploded and my eye was black and blue lol.

    i noticed a problem is i tend to sit too far back, which makes getting off the box more of a good morning. i sat a little more down and got a lot more power.

    I updated my X-rays and my spine is still curved toward the bottom making the L5 (i think) opening VERY small. He thinks my right hip is almost 12% higher then my left, and it looks like that on the X-rays. I need to lay off the typical powerlifting style abs and do some more spine neutral ab work so i don't reinforce the problem.
