    Stomach Cramps can you consider that a work out?

    When I sit at my desk at work Like I am now. I can make my abs cramp up if i lean foward a little and flex hard. I use to not be able to bare the pain so painful. But now I can survive threw it. It really burns and my abs be twiching rock hard. Is that consider a work out. I can "feel the burn"if you no what I mean. Since I can deal with it
    Should I do this or is it not good for you. ALSO how often should do CARDIO I run about 2 - 3 times a week a half our a time. Is tht enuf or do i need more.
    Age 23 Height 5'10 weight 210 2 years complete of serious lifting.
    At 5'10" last Jan/02 I was 280 Lbs with a 44 waist.
    Now as of Dec/02 I am 210 with a 34-36 waist. A year complete 70 pounds lost now lets get big .

    I don't know what the hell your talking about.......

    You should do cardio as many times a week as you can, it would be better if you did cardio on the days you did not train.

    I know what your talking about, you'll notice you get this when your abs are in shape, you can get it at a desk, in a car or even while walking.

    I think you get the best abdominal flex when you bend forward in a sitting position and crunch down as hard as possible on your abs. Hold it for 2-3 seconds and repeat 10-12 times for 5 sets, I do that when I can't get to the gym enough. so far so good...its better than nothing, and very similar to what I do at the gym anyway (cept at the gym I do it holding 2x25lb weights to help maximize the crunch)
