When I sit at my desk at work Like I am now. I can make my abs cramp up if i lean foward a little and flex hard. I use to not be able to bare the pain so painful. But now I can survive threw it. It really burns and my abs be twiching rock hard. Is that consider a work out. I can "feel the burn"if you no what I mean. Since I can deal with it
Should I do this or is it not good for you. ALSO how often should do CARDIO I run about 2 - 3 times a week a half our a time. Is tht enuf or do i need more.
