    Different kind of band setup

    This is something I've been using in my programming for both DE and ME days.

    Not super often because it can be abusive on the wrists, but it's excellent for working on the top end.

    Good idea... this way you have the different bands kicking in at different points in the lift.....

    awesome to hear some led zeppelin in a training video too......

    Always appreciate seeing different ways to use bands!
    Squat briefs only 625 @ 210
    Bench geared 525 @ 210
    Deadlift geared 650 @ 220

    Are the mini attached to the bar or attached to the green band?

    they are attached to the bottom of the rack to the bar

    The average bands are doubled around the pin and around the bar. We twist the mini around the average band to prevent the slack at the bottom pulling the pin out of its hole
