I finally got around to taking some progress pictures, and they were quite a reality check for me. I definitely look a lot better in a mirror than I find I do in these pictures. Anyways, it's all just more motivation to work harder!
Any body fat percentage estimates would be welcome, as I have yet to find a good place to have that legitimately tested, and a web calculator put me somewhere around 23% to 25% or so. I know I'm higher than I should be/would like to be, but it'd be good to know how far I've got to go.
Lastly, I'd ask what needs improvement, but I think that can be summed up with a simple "Everything!". I think my back is probably doing the best out of all, but it's rather depressing to see how much my legs have shrunk from where they used to be. Fitting in jeans may make shopping easier, but it feels lame.
