Full body workout - rotating exercises?

Been a member here for a few years but first post.

Due to new family, work, etc, etc, I've been out of it for a bit but things have calmed down and I have the time to do at least some full body stuff.

I'm trying to stick to compound moves and one exercise per body part but one question (I only have experience of splits so full body is a new animal for me) just wondering whether it's more beneficial to stick to the same exercises or whether I should be rotating exercises per body part per workout?

This is simplified but hopefully you'll get the idea..for example for delts:

Is it best to do upright rows every workout, or to do upright rows one workout, then arnold presses the next, the back to uprights for the next, then arnolds the next, and so on and so on.

Or is it best to do uprights for a week, then arnolds for a week, then back to uprights, etc, etc...

Any help much appreciated as this full body stuff is all new to me.

    Cheers,

    Smithy

Personally I would have two different exercises that you do and rotate them. Any more then that and it will take too to make any real progress

I did two full body workouts a week for 8 months or so recently with great results, and that had one exercise per bodypart on one day, and a different one on the other day

Many thanks for the reply Greemah

That was the way I was leaning but having had no experience with full body stuff since I first started working out (and that's a few decades ago!) I thought it best to ask.

    Thanks mate,

That is a beast of a workout ZAR-FIT! I reckon that would knock me over half way through.

But I am curious - might just have to have a go at it.

    Thanks

    The one I did was:

    Monday:
2x6 Deadlift (well I actually did 1x5 out of preference, but routine said 2x6)
    2x6 Bench Press
    2x8 Barbell Row
    1x6 Overhead Press
    1x15 Calves
    1x6 Barbell Curl
    1x15 Abs

    Thursday:
    1x20 Squat
    2x6 Incline Bench Press
    2x8 Chin-Ups
    1x6 Overhead Press
    1x6 Calves
    1x6 Barbell Curl
    1x6 Abs
