    Knee wraps?

    Ok ive recently got over a minor knee injur (no tendons were ripped and cartalige was not damged, Dr said they were inflamed) anyways should i buy knee wraps because on leg press i do ALOT of weight and was wondering should i invest in knee wraps?

    Nope, not for leg press. Get some sleeves instead.

    no because we dont have a squat rack thats worth a sh*& because its a smith machine and puts all the weight on your lower back so i use stiff legg dead lift,glute raises,leg press,leg curls i dont do all of them thats just what i have to work with i wish i could do squats thought

    I'd be building up your knees again by backing off a little, until they're stong, else you'll have strong quads and really weak knees in you strap them?

    yea thats what im doing next week ill be doin 2 sets of 20 light weight for 2 weeks then gradually workem up

    Look for a facility that has a squat rack.
    Leg press can be a pain in the a$$ with your knees.

    Work very hard your posterior chain. Try the Romanian Deadlift and Good Mornings. YouŽll end up solving your knee problems.
    Get away from the Smith MAchine

    And as Joey said, get a good pair of sleeves.
