    All joking aside, that was awesome. Super impressive balance and control. Props!

    Thank you, it is a good way to make things more challenging without having to load a ton of weight on the bar.

    I don't think I have good enough pec-flexing skills to get the bar to jump off my chest... but it would be a heck of a 'gym trick'.

    Very nice. i got a 350lb no hand squat somewhere on youtube(LOL) im no-where near your over-all strength, so i find that video funny. you could probably do 500 easy.
