Right now I'm consuming about 2,700 calories a day but 5,400 mg of sodium, which seems very high. Just wondering if people can suggest high protein, low sodium meals. I have a bit of flab on my stomach and chest and I'm hoping less sodium will allow me to retain less water and hopefully improve that a bit.
Also please let me know if my reasoning behind this is flawed.
First, how come so much sodium with so few cals?
Your reasoning is not sound assuming your body is generally healthy. If it is, you are not retaining a bunch of water from your sodium intake.
What is your goal?

Worrying about sodium is one of the last things to focus on for body composition imo.
