I was looking through the WBB routine and saw these listed under triceps. I went to exrx.net and couldnt find them. Anyone help me out?
i do this with a dd held by a plate with both hands. You then press it from behind your head. It's like a seated 'skull crusher'.
The inside of the plate sits on your palms, and you extend your arms straight above your head and then slowly lower the weight behind your head while only bending your arm at the elbow keeping your upper arm at 90degrees to the floor.

actually thats just a Triceps Extension (as you'll see by the title on top of the attached page). A french press IS a skullcrusher.
Coleman....Lie on a bench with a bb held up with both hands (shoulder width apart). Keeping your upper arms locked (bend only at your elbows) bring the weight down to where it would touch your forehead. Then return to starting position.
ok I do these w/ a dumbell while standing. Is that just considered "standing tricep extensions"? I thought that was a french press....

Yes, those would just be standing triceps extensions.
