    Would the WBB Routine be the BEST routine possible for me???

    I have never lifted before.

    Weight: 108 lbs
    Height: 5'8"

    Would the first WWB routine be good for a complete beginner like myself?

    I want to get big as fast as possible, is this the routine for me? What have been other people's results with this routine?
    Does anybody think another routine may benefit me more?

    I plan to follow this routine religously, I will be a friggin' machine... It is the summer I have no commitments, I can sleep 12 + hours a night and live in the gym if need be... what routine would best fit my circumstances???

    ONE MORE THING -- I will be hiring a personal trainer, so if you think the WWB routine is best (but has some problems) tell me those problems and I can tell me trainer to adjust the routine to fix those problems. Like does it focus too little on legs? Please tell me where the routine needs improvment (if it does at all) so my trainer can amend it.

    We can't tell you where the weak areas are because we don't know where you are weak. If you have a lagging bodypart or a fairly noticeable imbalance then it may help to work on that problem first.
    WBB 1 is fine as is. Lift hard, eat lots (clean) sleep lots and you'll grow like a weed. That's a promise!

    IF I stick to this routine let my life revolve around the routine, sleep, and eating... how soon will it be before I can expect to see gains?

    If you've never done any weight training in the past, you'll see gains in about 3-4 weeks no matter what routine you use (within reason). Your fastest gains will be made in the first few months of working out. A lot of people will try to throw out little tidbits for you along the way, but the greatest justice you can do for yourself is to READ a lot, and make your own informed decisions.

    I used the WBB1 routine for a while, and have now been on the HST routine outlined at for about 3 weeks. I can tell you that I personally perfer the HST technique and methodology over HIT, but your mileage may vary. Take everything you read/hear with a grain of salt, and be especially aware of the "buddy of mine" stories. Good luck, and congratulations on wanting to change yourself for the better. You won't regret it.
