What do you guys think about lying extensions from different angles?
i.e. - incline skulls, decline skulls? Are any more effective? Or is just preference?
They all work the triceps.
Some people find one angle more comfortable or stricter than other.

Monstar, I think there are different angles that are more effective than others. It depends on the range of motion that each angle allows, which decides which is better. To attain Hyperatrophy you want you muscle to get the full or as close to a full range of motion.
In my case I like decline skulls the best but that is my opinion not a fact.

Declines are all I do - I like the ROM.
I usually do 5 or 6 reps then immediately push up 2-3 reps of decline narrow grip bench presses - just for fun - and a great pump!
