Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    - what exercises shall I do, how frequently, reps/sets?
    - shall i do squat or deadlift, row or chin, bench press or dip....
    - how do I get bigger calves, broader back/shoulders, thick chest etc.
    - how do I get that six pack
    - how do I build outer biceps, inner pecs, inner thigs, forearms etc.

    I'm a rookie. Here's what I say:

Q: what exercises shall I do, how frequently, reps/sets?
A: Find what works for you. Other parts may need more than one.

Q: shall i do squat or deadlift, row or chin, bench press or dip....
    A: All of the above.

Q: how do I get bigger calves, broader back/shoulders, thick chest etc
A: Calves? Train your legs! Back? Chins. Shoulders? Press. Chest? Heavy Bench.

Q: how do I get that six pack
A: Who was it that said. "Great abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym."

Q: how do I build outer biceps, inner pecs, inner thigs, forearms etc.
A: There are just some muscles you cannot specifically target. It will grow together because of your genetics. Outer biceps, or that specific area, the best thing I have found for them is hammer curls. Inner pecs? You can't target them. Bench and Dips. Forearms, you don't even really need to do direct work on if you dead, shrug, and curl heavy. Though forearm curls and grip work every so often doesn't hurt.
