Alright, so I have a few questions about HCT-12 and some lifts in general. If anyone can answer them that would be great
Also, here is what I've done for the past month and I've had some nice gains
Low pulley row
Barbell military press
Dumbbell bench press
Close grip bench/one arm tricep pushdowns (rotate exercises)
Deadlifts/Back squats(squats with rack pulls, deads with leg press)
Leg press/Rack pulls
How many weeks is considered a full cycle of HCT-12? How necessary is a deload week at the end of a cycle?
Should I switch up the exercises every cycle or just the ones that I've slowed down in progress for?
For example, barbell military went way up for a couple of weeks and then this past week I haven't been able to go up in weight. Would it be a good idea to switch to dumbbell military for the next cycle? What is everyones opinion on behind the neck shoulder presses?
