Look, I just turned 18, and at first I was getting amazing sleep and didn't have much going on in my life. Now untill school's out I'm busy as hell and I'm not getting more then7 hours sleep a night. The lack of sleep has caught up with me and I am always too tired to do my workout...

What's the best thing to eat to pump me full of energy???
I'm really wanting to work out, and even if I start, I'm just too tired or lazy to continue. I CAN'T STAND GOING MORE THEN A FEW DAYS WITHOUT A WORKOUT.

Please help!!! Any ideas? Suggestions?
