I believe Anthony Ellis was one of the first five Body For Life winners and he did legitimately gain a ton of mass. I don't know about 32 lbs but he definitely gained a ton. A friend and I have discussed it and we decided that he used juice for the first 6 weeks of his 12 week program and he did fail the lie detector test when he won the challenge but he passed the urine test.

If you read what he says, yes it works. He points out that you will gain muscle and fat, doesn't rely on magical supplements but instead focuses on good diet, rest and hard workouts. Doubt that many people would gain 3lbs a week like he did, but all he's saying is the same thing you read on this board over and over:

    Eat right and eat frequently
Use good supplements if you can't eat
Hit the gym hard but give yourself time to recouperate.

I've seen this before. I can't remember the exact routine that guy followed, but after he got big off of it he basically ripped the routine off and made up his own. I'm guessing his isn't as good as the original.

Look at his hairline between the 2 pics. In the 2nd, his hair is receding on both sides, but not in the 1st.
