    Most teachers aren't qualified to be teaching, plain and simple. It takes more than a degree to teach right. As far as I'm concerned that teacher should be fired for saying that to you.

    Certain things have a license for obsession. If someone spends many hours a week practicing violin and devotes their life to music that's ok. Same for most sports or arts. Some sports have begun to get that sort of acceptance - skateboarding as an example 10 years ago every skater was a street punk according to the general public and now Tony Hawk is a respected athlete - and business man but that's beside the point. Eventually BBing may have that sort of transition. Personally I think it has started but there will always be those who don't know much about that which they comment who will say something stupid.

    It's sad that someones attempt to be healthy is looked at oddly by most still these days.

    I agree with ions in that bbing is becoming more accepted.
    I have just started to train in the last 5 months and i'm not that build looking so when I tell people that i train or that i don't eat junk they laugh because i don't look like it. i just hope it gets better as i bulk.
    Deal with it.
