What do u guys use the pyramid method for reps or regular like 4 sets of 6 or something?
This is what im gonna do for my first day in the new gym with my own routine tommorow. Then thursady ill come up with the next one. Tell me what u think. The url is below

Well no its a chart but here ill chust type it.
Ok tommorw im doin chest, legs, Bi's and Tris, tommorow.
Chest: Flat, Incline, Decline. (Barbell Bench)
For my sets im doin 9 sets Warm up, 10, 8,6,4,3,2,1, burn out)
Then dumbell flys 3x10
and Pull overs 3x10
Legs: Same sets and reps as bench the excesises im doining are Squat, Hack squat,
leg extension 3x10
and leg curls 3x10
Then various workouts for tri's and Bi's.
So what do u think of tommorows workout??

Seems like an awful lot of muscle groups in one day, be sure to kick your cals up a notch on that day.
