I weigh 230, around 20 % bf
How many calories a day would you recommend.
How much cardio a week. I like doing a mile 5-7 days a week if that is ok.
Also, I don't wanna lose muscle, but I seem to have hit a plateau on weight loss.

Cals seem a bit low to me, but maybe not. Also 115g of protein and 300g of carbs? I'd go with something more like 200g protein and 200g carbs (less wouldn't hurt). Maybe up the fat to about 65g.
