    Cutting, cardio, cals.

    I weigh 230, around 20 % bf

How many calories a day would you recommend.

How much cardio a week. I like doing a mile 5-7 days a week if that is ok.

Also, I don't wanna lose muscle, but I seem to have hit a plateau on weight loss.

hmmm, well kind young sir, I myself would eat around 2300 calories a day, keeping myself at around 115 grams of protein, 300 grams of carbs, and around 50 grams of fat.

Cals seem a bit low to me, but maybe not. Also 115g of protein and 300g of carbs? I'd go with something more like 200g protein and 200g carbs (less wouldn't hurt). Maybe up the fat to about 65g. I don't know what the cals come out to with that, but I was more setting a ratio within the general ballpark of the right cals.
