Hey folks, I just wanted to know some good abdominal excercises using some sort of weighted resistance. If you could post some pics of these excercises, it would be greatly apreciated.
Hanging leg raises with a DB inbetween your feet is a good one. Or sidebends with a heavy DB in your hand.
