    Tingling Forearm?

    Today while doing curls i noticed a slight tingling feeling in my left forearm usually everytime i curled, anyone ever have anything like this?

    That's a nerve. If that includes your pinky and ring finger then it's like the branch that extends from your T3 vertebra (well one of the top ones, I'd have to double check).

    I get that doing cable push downs myself. It's either somewhere in the elbow, or you are just tweaking your spine with all the weight on your shoulder.

    Just switch to your next favorite exercise (lather, rinse, repeat). If you pinch a nerve bad, they can take forever to heal.
